Overview
Born in El Salvador, Dominique moved to Texas in high school determined to build a life based on her keen intellect, sharp wit, and dogged perseverance. Dominique’s background and dynamic personality have shaped her into a driven and spirited litigator with an affinity for the hustle and bustle of the courtroom. Dominque honed her litigation skills early at an AM Law 100 firm, and then took those skills to the front lines of litigation. Dominique’s familiarity with the courtroom, and her natural enthusiasm and tenacity, make her an asset in every case. Dominique’s practice focuses on commercial and energy litigation, primarily personal injury and property damage defense, construction defects coverage and subrogation.
Dominique’s zeal for advocacy was never in question: her favorite movie clips are the courtroom scenes from “My Cousin Vinny,” and she is an avid devotee of “true crime” podcasts. At South Texas College of Law, she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the mock trial team. Even one of her dogs, whom she taught to respond to legal “commands,” was awarded an honorary “juris-dogtorate.” As a fourth generation Texas A&M “Aggie” Dominique aspires in her practice to exemplify excellence, integrity, and selfless service. Despite her young career, Dominque already has noteworthy trial and hearing experience and will tenaciously advocate for her clients.
