Overview
Aaron is a hardworking and driven litigator dedicated to producing results for his clients. Early experience with two National-Tier-1-ranked firms provided a solid foundation for representing energy clients in high-profile, catastrophic petroleum releases and petrochemical accidents, including Mass Tort litigation. This early experience has given Aaron a firm foundation for handling complex matters in state and federal courts. That experience and a strong work ethic quickly earned him the title of one of Texas’s Rising Stars in litigation.
Aaron represents clients in complex, high-stakes commercial and personal injury disputes relating oil and gas (upstream, midstream, and downstream), marine, and contract matters. As a litigator, Aaron brings the grit, endurance, and accountability he earned as a former collegiate athlete at one of the NCAA’s most respected Division I Track & Field programs. Those qualities are key to his success in demanding and high-stakes litigation. Aaron credits his accomplishments to his public-school educator parents, who instilled the importance of curiosity and determination in their children, which may explain why all four became NCAA Division I honor-roll student-athletes.
